These new FAK rates will apply as follows:
Origin Range: From India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka base ports (offered in direct on CMA CGM services)
Destination Range: To all Northern European & Mediterranean base ports (offered in direct on CMA CGM services)
Date of application: From January 16th, 2017 (date of loading in the origin port) and until further notice
