10th June 2017 update
As promised, we are pleased to bring to you a solution for your Qatar cargo.
We have now opened acceptance of cargo to/from Qatar to be transshipped over Salalah.
We will serve Doha for our customers on our own feeder to/from Salalah. The first sailing ex-Salalah is on 19th June 2017 and arrives Doha 25th June 2017. The frequency of this service is every 10 days. We will update you during next week on rate levels effective 1st July to continue to provide reliable service in this market.

9th June 2017 update
Subsequent to our last update, we would like to inform you that we are working very hard to find a solution for your cargo to/from Qatar to the rest of the world (except UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Yemen) and need some more time to finalize details. Rest assured, we will update you as soon as possible.
For shipments on water to Qatar, we have concluded a contingency plan which will be communicated to you via the regular channels.
We are working on a resolution in compliance with the UAE government’s guidelines and will keep you updated with the latest developments.

Status update for shipments on water:
For shipments that are enroute to Qatar, contingency solutions are being worked on and once concluded you will be notified of your shipment status.
At anytime, you could use the bill of lading number to track your shipment on this website.
We are working on alternative solutions in compliance with the UAE government’s guidelines and will communicate the same as soon as finalized.
6th June 2017 update
Further to above, we have temporarily closed bookings for cargo from rest of the world that transship over Jebel Ali to / from Qatar. We are working on alternative solutions to ensure movement of your cargo in compliance with above guidelines. We expect to communicate these solutions to you over the coming 48 hours.
